A3. As the saying goes, everything in moderation. A teaspoon of honey contains 23 calories and 6g of sugar, compared with a level teaspoon of sugar, which contains 16 calories and 4g of sugar.

Q4. Is Chick-A-Bee Farms honey good for you?

A4. While we don't make any claims of healing, honey has been linked to health benefits like improved heart health, wound healing and blood antioxidant status. A teaspoon a day of raw local honey is also very beneficial for allergies.

A9. Raw Honey if kept in a sealed container will have an infinite shelf life! Cool Fact: Archaeologist have found pots of honey in 3,000 year old ancient Egyptian tombs.
